Our Danish lobsters are cooked with dill salt and beer. They are sorted by hand and selected from a large pool of newly arrived live lobsters. We sort them by size, weight and choose only the finest ones, and we cook them perfectly at exact cooking time.

The lobster is one of the largest shellfish. To produce an exellent product with rich taste we add more dill and beer in the cooking process to create a lobster with perfect balance of the fine lobster taste and great flavouring. 

Our lobster is a perfect choice for a special occassion. It can be enjoyed as a main course, an ingredient for excellent cooking or as part of a seafood platter with cooked shrimps, langoustines and crab claws. 

We recommend to serve them chilled and cut in half. You place the edge of the your kitchen knife at the cross on top of the head and make a firm cut through the back. Spin the lobster around and cut through the last part of the head.
